   First, i’d like to congratulate arts for this nice design.

   Then speaking generaly about the best css awards i’d like to ask:

   By best you mean best design? or best css code ?
   Let me explain:
   I know it’s a bit extrem to say that but there are still 20% of ie6 users, there are more and more ppl browsing from smarphones and a lot of those websites lose some quality of explode on ie6. i know it takes twice as much time to make it ie compatible but that’s a nice challenge.

   hopefully my comment about ie 6 won’t be relevant for too long.

   good job everyone. i’ll post my website on soon, i hope you like it.

   thanks … and … we are going to support IE6 (but not IE5 or lower) … as well as smartphones and other technologies.
